Overview of the role
The Site Agent will oversee all onsite aspects of construction projects ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing site operations coordinating with project stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Site Agent will also be involved in project planning resource allocation and managing project schedules.

Qualifications :
Required Qualifications Experience & Competences.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Management or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid drivers license.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
- Experience with largescale commercial or residential projects.
- Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices.
- Ability to work onsite in various weather conditions.
- Physical fitness to perform site inspections and oversee construction activities.
- Onsite at construction locations with occasional office work.
- Interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders including clients subcontractors and team members.
