- Supporting of all OUTsurances inhouse programs
- Keep abreast of the latest technology in the industry both Hardware and Software.
- Support of basic voice enquiries Support of all (desktop) Microsoft Applications
- Ability to guide Staff members on technical issues
- Technical knowledge sharing amongst all support team members and ensuring effective communication within the rest of the team
- Build a relationship with the users and ensuring that the customers needs are met
- Preventative maintenance Administration Procedures.
Qualifications :
Take note to qualify for an INSETA Internship program you need to:
- Be a South African citizen
- Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
- Be between the ages of 18 & 35
- Unemployed in the last 2 months
Information Technology/Information Systems
Diploma in Information Technology (34 years qualification)
Or relevant IT qualification (degree and/ or diploma)
