If youre a patientfocused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than The Dental health and Implant centre in Grantham
This position is:
- Full time 33 hours per week Minimum Monday Friday
- Free onsite parking out the front of the building and good transport links.
At this friendly forward thinking practice we care for private patients. Youll work alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists in this modern and purposebuilt practice.
About you
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g. retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
- Experience of working with financial records to include P&L KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive proactive approach
