Customer Service Representative Holmeswood

Salary: Competitive dependent on experience

Hours: Flexible Hours Mond Friday 5 Hours per Day or Fulltime for the right person

The Company: My client is a wellestablished growing small business based in Holmeswood specialising in bespoke handcrafted furniture and home accessories. Known for their highquality craftsmanship and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service they are now looking to expand their friendly team.

Due to continued growth my client is seeking a dedicated Customer Representative to play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills to join a supportive team where your efforts will be truly valued.

The Role:

As a Customer Representative you will be the face of the business delivering excellent service to customers and ensuring their needs are met from enquiry to purchase.

The Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone email and in person with a friendly professional approach.
  • Providing product information and advice to help customers choose the right solutions for their needs.
  • Processing and managing customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintaining uptodate and organised customer records in the companys systems.
  • Resolving customer queries or issues promptly ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and contributing to a positive collaborative work environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and build rapport with customers.
  • A customerfirst attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive proactive mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK and be able to easily commute to the location.

Ideally we are looking for someone with a driving license.
