Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator/Developer (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Salesforce CRM including user setup profiles and permissions.
- Customize Salesforce using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Implement automation using Process Builder Flow and triggers to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems (ERP marketing platforms etc.) using APIs middleware or thirdparty tools.
- Maintain and ensure data integrity including data imports exports and migrations.
- Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users create user guides and deliver training sessions.
- Conduct testing and deploy new features or updates in a controlled manner.
- Address system issues monitor performance and suggest improvements to enhance the platforms effectiveness.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and functionalities.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification is required. Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) certification is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce development tools.
- Handson experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder Flow and Workflow Rules.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs REST or SOAP.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles roles permissions sharing rules).
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
