Job Description
The Manager of Clinical Operations N&PCS is responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Operation with the daily operations and quality assurance of all clinical initiatives within the hospital including remote cardiac monitoring nurse call bell systems virtual nursing and unit moves. This includes optimizing workflows ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The Manager collaborates closely with physicians nurses department heads and other stakeholders to deliver excellent clinical services improve patient outcomes and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in nursing health care administration or related field. At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital or clinical setting. Strong understanding of hospital operations clinical workflows and healthcare regulations. Proven record of leading operational improvements.
