If youre a patientfocused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than Liverpool Brace Place in Liverpool.
- Fulltime hours 40 hours per week available over 5 days
Located in the city centre on vibrant and accessible Duke Street Liverpool Brace is a highly reputable well established private practice with a focus on a variety of treatments including orthodontics.
Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth increase revenue opportunities and operate the effective daytoday financial management and logistics of the practice.
About you
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g. retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
- Experience of working with financial records to include P&L KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive proactive approach
