About the role and practice
If youre a patientfocused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than Haslemere Dental & Implant Clinic in Haslemere.
- 37 hours per week (we can be flexible on days and shifts Monday Friday)
A well established practice based in Haslemere offering an extensive range of treatments in general and advanced dentistry including: Dental Implants Orthodontics Cosmetic Dentistry Root Canal Treatment as well as AntiAgeing treatments.
About you
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g. retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
- Experience of working with financial records to include P&L KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive proactive approach
