Job Description
- 1:1 Patient Care

Qualifications :
- Home Health Experience (preferred)
- Active LPN license in NC
- Experience in pediatric nursing or home care preferred but not required
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment medication administration and medical procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Compassionate patient and committed to providing highquality care for medically fragile patients
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Must pass background check
