Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and experienced House Driver to join our team. As a House Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our clients to their desired destinations. You will operate company vehicles with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to their destinations in a courteous and timely manner
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety
Assist clients with loading and unloading their belongings when necessary
Keep accurate records of mileage and fuel consumption
Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Safe and Timely Transportation:

Safely transport household members, guests, or items to various destinations as required.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic conditions.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while driving.
Vehicle Maintenance:

Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in safe, clean, and operable condition.
Schedule and ensure timely servicing and maintenance, including oil changes, tire checks, and repairs.
Report any vehicle issues or damage immediately to the employer or relevant authorities.
Running Errands:

Assist with grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or any other errands required by the household.
Deliver and pick up packages, documents, or goods as needed.
Ensure that all errands are completed promptly and efficiently.
Personal Assistance:

Help with carrying heavy or bulky items, such as groceries or luggage, as required.
Assist with loading and unloading items for trips or events.
Occasionally help with light household tasks, such as organizing or tidying up.

Desired candidate profile

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Proven experience as a House Driver or similar role
Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different transportation requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
Proven experience as a private driver or in a similar role.
Familiarity with local routes, neighborhoods, and driving conditions.
Previous experience in handling household errands and responsibilities is a plus.
Skills:
