Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible to support the coordination and maintenance of JDE suite in the ERP Application System MTech and other application systems to ensure smooth operational process. Conduct analysis to improve organisations overall supply chain operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse and recommend improvements of the overall operations and efficiencies of JDE ERP Application Modules MTech and other application systems to support current and meet future business requirements.
- Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users requests identify and troubleshoot problems enquiries provide advice and follow through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the JDE ERP application MTech and other application systems.
- Study analyse and prepare requirement and technical specifications based on users requests to develop customized reports and new or enhanced application programs within a given deadline.
- Provide and conduct preimplementation test scenarios and test results for customised reports and new or enhanced application programs.
- Liaise and manage project or issues with inhouse developers and vendor consultants to resolve issues in order to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct onthejob training on JDE ERP application MTech as and when required.
- Prepare technical documentation system manuals workflow processes procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP.
- Assist in every related area of Application system whenever required to ensure the continuous smooth running of the MIS department.
- To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Application support or related field.
- Proficient in at least 2 Modules of SAP (e.g. MM SD HR FICO Etc.).
- Proficiency in JDE/ Dynamic and INFOR is an added advantage.
- Proficient in any ERP system.
