What are we looking for
We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer GenAI Use Case Developer to join our Digital Solutions DataLab team. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative GenAI usecases for our automotive engineering projects.
To succeed in this job you will need to:
- Design develop and optimize process & prompts for various GenAI applications.
- Identify and develop use cases for GenAI technology within the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders ML/AI engineers and domain experts to understand requirements and create effective AI solutions based on IDIADAs platforms.
- Analyze and interpret results from GenAI models to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in GenAI and prompt engineering techniques.

Qualifications :
Profile:
- Demonstrated experience working with large language models (LLMs) & prompt engineering.
- 2 years of experience in AI/ML projects with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of GenAI fundamentals techniques and best practices.
- Expertise in NLP techniques and libraries such as NLTK language frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex and agent frameworks such as LangGraph AutoGen and CrewAI.
- Experience in developing and implementing GenAI use cases in a business context.
- Familiarity with text analysis data chunking embedding and information retrieval systems.
- Knowledge of or experience with AWS framework.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively about AIbased efficient and accurate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand requirements propose solutions and explain complex AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Computational Linguistics or a related field.
- Masters degree in AI Machine Learning or Data Science is a plus.
Languages:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
