- Assist in deploying training programs workshops and resources to support employee skill development career advancement and professional growth.
- Collaborating with managers to establish performance goals and evaluation processes providing coaching and feedback and supporting performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related issues.
- Assisting for the Talent Acquisition and retention strategies including recruitment onboarding and succession planning to ensure the organization has a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives including tracking progress creating reports and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Overseeing payroll processes ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees managing payroll vendors and systems and staying updated on relevant payroll laws and regulations.
- Working directly with Payroll vendors to address concerns and planning for future improvements.
- Ensuring proper controls and auditing are in place to ensure legislative and tax compliance protection of confidential information and the accuracy.
- Maintaining payroll information by collecting and entering / uploading data.
- Preparing / extracting payrolls reports by compiling summaries of earnings taxes deductions leave disability and nontaxable wages.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies / queries by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintaining employees confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping confidential information.
- Managing employee records data management systems to ensure accurate and uptodate employee information. This includes maintaining employee documentation and overseeing data privacy and security protocols.
- Providing HR report to IHS Group. Generating HR reports in general metrics and analytics related to payroll personnel administration and benefits. Analyzing data to identify trends assess compliance and provide insights to inform decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Developing and following up Salary and Benefits budget.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws regulations and company policies related to payroll and benefits. This includes keeping up to date with legal requirements conducting audits or reviews and implementing necessary changes or improvements.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency accuracy and effectiveness within HR operations. This may involve streamlining workflows automating manual processes or leveraging technology solutions.
- Providing guidance and support to employees regarding payroll and benefitsrelated inquiries. Resolving issues or discrepancies communicating policies and ensuring employees have access to necessary resources and information.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as finance legal and IT to ensure effective integration and alignment of HR operations with broader organizational objectives and initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or another relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office HR information systems and other relevant software applications.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Min of 4years cognate experiences in a similar function
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of multiple HR practices
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Previous experience within a control or audit environment will be an advantage.
