Desired candidate profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to machine operation.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to read and understand machine manuals, technical documents, and blueprints.
Proficient in machine operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and precision.
Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to apply them while operating machinery.
Familiarity with production management systems or inventory tracking software is a plus.
