Job Description

Summary

This ideal candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced dynamic environment.  Main responsibilities include hiring licensing and onboarding and administration of HR Information system.  Liaison with team members and gaming regulators.  Provides information and procedures to management and team members.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for onboarding and licensing with the Casino Regulators.
  • Provides support to team members via phone calls walkin requests emails etc.
  • Conducts propertyspecific team member orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Collaborates with Team Member Services providing information and documents as requested and directing team members for assistance as appropriate.
  • Assists in organizing team member activities and recognition programs to increase team member engagement.
  • Serves as a liaison with team members ensuring proper completion of forms explaining eligibility requirements and maintaining confidentiality of team member needs.
  • Provides information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and team members
  • Offers a high level of internal customer service to team members to answer their HR related questions and provide appropriate guidance and support for their requests.
  • Other duties as requested.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of human resources experience preferred or equivalent education
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications..
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and detailoriented.
