Job Description
- Overseeing the entire production process from planning to completion.
- Ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Managing production schedules and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize processes.
- Monitoring production costs and implementing costsaving strategies.
- Training and developing production staff.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- A minimum of 1015 years of experience in the Elevator Production.
- Strong organization communication and project/time management skills.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning resource allocation production methods and coordination of people and resources.
- Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and prioritise multiple projects.
- Selfmotivated and results oriented.
- Possess high work motivation commitment to follow through initiative and achievement.
- Proficient inn MS Word Excel Power point and Outlook.
- Works independently without supervision.
