Job Description

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for obtaining and engaging users by designing and managing a social strategy integrated between the different platforms in line with the identity objectives and specific nature of the Brand. The core responsibilities of the role are: 1) Creating original and engaging texts and content 2) Scheduling the editorial plan 3) Managing the community and interactions with users.


Qualifications :

1.01 Carry out analysis and market research on benchmarks regarding new trends and preferences of the reference audience
1.02 Plan prepare and implement communication campaigns on social channels in line with the commercial/editorial plan and marketing strategy of the reference brand
1.03 Produces and/or coordinates the production of textual content images and videos for brand social profiles
1.04 Participates in events to talk about and promote live on social media what is in place to strengthen the community and stimulate brand awareness
1.05 Monitor SEO and other online traffic metrics
1.06 Manage the relationship and coordinate with the Communication and PR offices to guarantee the consistency of the brand image
1.07 Communicate with followers promptly respond to requests and monitor consumer reviews
1.08 Manage the content management and layout of social profiles
1.09 Suggests and implements new strategies or features to develop brand awareness
1.10 Maintains continuous updates on technologies and trends in digital communication and social media
1.11 Promotes the development of learning Role through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of ones Responsibilities
1.12 Adopts behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment Business Processes and Organizational Organizational Community
