The Retail Franchising Supervisor is responsible for managing all the activities of the stores assigned to him/her. It guarantees the achievement of the quantitative (budget turnover profitability) and qualitative (Brand image) objectives defined consistently with the Brand guidelines and company standards. The main objectives of the position include: 1) ensuring the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the reference stores in economic terms (budget turnover profitability) and correct image of the Brand; 2) analyze and conduct diagnostic studies to give a rapid response (tactically) based on the needs and specific context of the stores focusing on a longterm strategy.
Qualifications :
1.01 Achieves business targets (budget turnover profitability) and promotes the growth of the stores in its reference area in compliance with company guidelines
1.02 Guarantees the image of the stores by coordinating with the relevant company offices ensuring the customer a level of service in line with company standards and the philosophy of the Brand
1.03 Supports the Franchisee Partner in the management of the POS staff in terms of selection and development as well as in accordance with the business objectives and performance expectations of the stores assigned area
1.04 Monitors ongoing activities in the stores both proactively and reactively in order to implement quick solutions that allow us to stay in line with business objectives
1.05 Ensures the implementation of special projects shared with the Franchisee Partner to maximize the objectives of the stores (budget/turnover/profitability) in agreement with the Retail Franchising Management
1.06 Supports the Retail Manager in drawing up the annual Store Plan and shares the purchasing budgets with the Franchisee Partners in his area
1.07 Shares with the Franchisee Partner the CRM objectives defined by the Company and supports retail marketing in the implementation of initiatives/events
1.08 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness/ efficiency of its Responsibilities
1.09 Promotes adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function relating to process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.10 Adopts behaviors and promotes actions operational/cultural for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment Business Processes and Organizational Community
