The Retail Manager is responsible for managing resources (people investments and costs) and coordinating the activities to be implemented in the chain assigned in the geographical area of reference. The role has a dual purpose: 1) ensuring that objectives are achieved in terms of quantity (budget turnover and profitability) and quality (Brand Image); 2) coordinating and managing the resources allocated (people investments and costs). In the case of DOS (Directly Operated Stores) or Concessions they support the Retail Director in defining and implementing the commercial strategy of the Brand in accordance with the business objectives. They are also directly responsible for the Profit & Loss of the assigned stores including the store staff.
Qualifications :
1.01 Supports the Management in defining the strategic plan (openings renewals...) by identifying opportunities in quantitative terms (business objectives) and qualitative terms (brand image and philosophy) for the assigned area
1.02 Declines the strategy at an operational level and monitors correct implementation to maximize sales objectives (budget/turnover/profitability) in accordance with company guidelines and management instructions
1.03 Supervises and interprets commercial information (both quantitative and qualitative). Identifies risk areas through the evaluation of KPIs to ensure the achievement of assigned targets
1.04 Supports the Commercial Director / Retail Director in defining the budgets of the stores in the geographical area of competence
1.05 Supervises and controls the Retail channel managing and coordinating store activities to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets based on the structure: Retail Supervising Buying VM Store Planning Retail Marketing
1.06 Manages coordinates and controls the assigned resources (people costs investments)
1.07 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of ones Responsibilities
1.08 Promotes adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within ones function in relation both to the management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.09 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment Business Processes and Community Organizing
