Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative fullstack solutions that seamlessly integrate cuttingedge ML models into clinical workflows transforming patient care.
• Craft responsive userfriendly interfaces tailored to the unique needs of healthcare professionals ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
• Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs that support the deployment and scaling of AI models ensuring reliability and performance.
• Rapidly prototype and develop MVPs to validate realworld clinical use cases driving impactful change in healthcare.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians to ensure your solutions address critical healthcare challenges and enhance realworld clinical practices.
• Lead the design and ongoing maintenance of web applications supporting key healthcare initiatives contributing to the evolution of digital health.
• Build secure scalable data pipelines that seamlessly connect frontend applications with powerful ML systems to optimize healthcare outcomes.
• Create clear comprehensive documentation while upholding high development standards to ensure sustainability and knowledge sharing.
• Play a key role in supporting the deployment and continuous monitoring of production systems ensuring the reliability and success of AIdriven solutions in healthcare.

Technical Requirements

• Strong fullstack development experience with modern frameworks and technologies
• Expertise in frontend development (React Vue or similar) with a focus on UI/UX
• Proficiency in backend development (Python Node.js or similar)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of modern web development practices and responsive design
• Understanding of database design and management
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
• Understanding of web security best practices and HIPAA compliance

Professional Skills

• Strong eye for design and user experience
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for working with clinical staff
• Experience in agile development methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team

Ideal Qualities

• Prior experience in healthcare or medical software development

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of professional fullstack development experience
• Demonstrated expertise in:
  • Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 modern frameworks (React Vue or similar)
  • Backend: Python Node.js or similar backend technologies
  • Database: SQL and NoSQL databases
  • API Development: REST GraphQL
  • Version Control: Git
  • Experience building and deploying productiongrade web applications
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX capabilities and responsive design work
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
