A key part of PAs accelerated growth is our Partnership with Multiverse. At the heart of digital transformation is people and unless the workforce has the right digital skills delivering value becomes a challenge. As we continue to progress the partnership we are looking for an experienced lead to join and be instrumental in building and executing the partnership strategy.
This role will report into the Partner Head of Partnerships & Alliances and sits within PAs Alliances Products and Platforms (APP) group.

You will have opportunity to:
You will play a critical role in shaping the success of our Multiverse partnership. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the daytoday Multiverse partnership and owning the partnership business plan and strategy.
- Working across PAs GoToMarket and Capability groups to bring the right partnership propositions to the market.
- Responsible for managing sales with all aspects of pipeline generation/management and reporting.
- Being a thought leader and internal/external champion for the partnership and the value it brings to the market.
Flexible working We are guided by our client work and needs; however you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.
Qualifications :
- You have at least 5 years experience working within a fastpaced multidisciplinary digital environment.
- You will have proven experience of building successful partnerships blending capabilities to deliver new service lines and value to the market.
- Youre obsessed with finding solutions to client problems are commercially savvy and know how to shape a deal.
- You have experience working within the digital skills market (preferred) with an ability to translate digital skills programs with complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Youre a selfstarter with a strong entrepreneurial streak able to prioritize your time effectively and build relationships across PA and Multiverse.
- You have experience in the AI Data Technology market (preferred).
- You have strong stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- You must be Data Driven.
- You have strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Youre a strong strategic thinker.
