Reporting into the Senior Legal Counsel (based in Milan) the focus of this role will be to provide international legal support in particular to drive the growth of Trainlines consumer proposition in Italy and Spain as well as playing a key role in the delivery of an ongoing strategy to be the goto platform for international travelers across the UK and Europe. With significant business investment being put into our European business this is an incredible opportunity to join Trainline at a time of exciting growth.
You will act as our Italian and Spanish market counsel lead and work closely with the Legal Consumer and Product team across multijurisdictional matters. You will be expected to have a good understanding of all areas of commercial law with a particular focus on the Italian and Spanish market including consumer ecommerce advertising and marketing data protection IP and commercial contracts.
