What will you be doing
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their career further within financial planning. Were looking for someone to join our Client Administrative team in Manchester who will provide ongoing administrative support to 23 Financial Planners while building strong relationships with their clients and delivering a excellent client experience.

As a Client Administrator your responsibilities will include among others:
- To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
- Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g. scripts transfers corporate actions static data changes where applicable.
- Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required)
- Maintain backoffice systems and client records in line with the company policies.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should
- Previous experience working within financial planning administration
- Experience of client engagement
- An ambition to build a career within financial services firm with a willingness to learn and develop
- A strong ethic of client service.
- Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification preferred but not essential
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
