Were seeking a talented individual to join our HR Advisory team as HR Adviser (Policy and Contracts) who will work closely with the HR Policy and Contracts team and the wider HR function to develop and maintain the HR policy and employment contract framework supporting key objectives in the context of the people agenda.
Working in partnership with the HR Team and the business the HR Adviser will combine an understanding of the organisation and its context with HR expertise to provide oversight and support the development of HR policy and contract solutions to meet organisational needs.
The HR Adviser will provide guidance to the HR Team on policy and contract related matters as required and support the development of the HR Team in best practice.
