The Associate Director of Operations (ADOO) is a member of the High School Leadership Team who leads the daytoday operations of the school and reports directly to the High School Director of Operations. By managing the crucial daytoday the ADOO frees up the HS DOO to focus on biggerpicture priorities given the complexity and scale of high school operations. The ADOO will partner on many school leadership initiatives with the schools Academy Leader. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Compensation for this position: Candidates who meet all job description requirements will likely receive an offer of $90000. The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional experience education certifications and tenure with Uncommon Schools. To receive an offer greater than $90000 candidates will need experience beyond the job description requirements including time spent in a directly equivalent role.
