Job Description

Contribute to and enhance the positive welcoming lively and exciting atmosphere of Westgate Resorts Smoky Mountains by maintaining the presence of the resort mascot Wes T. Bear on property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist with greeting at the Welcome Booth and Lobby during daily checkins.
• Assist with weekend Curbside Greeting.
• Maintain a presence at the Welcome Parties.
• Maintain a presence in the Lobby during Owner BBQ events.
• Maintain a presence at any additional onproperty events as needed.
• Interact with families and children on the property.
• Hand out balloons to children during daily checkins.
• Be available to have pictures taken with Guests.
• Visit other locations of the property including but not limited to the Lobby Waterpark Owners Club House Arcade Picnic Area Welcome Booth and swimming pools.
• Conform to department training standards.
