The Casino Host will work to increase gaming revenue by developing new customers and maintaining loyalty of the established customer base increase visitation to the property and bring new casino business to the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.

This position must possess skills as a problem solver in stressful situations as well as being task oriented with multiple responsibilities.
Proactively resolve any guest issue that arises including the coordination of departmental assistance when necessary referring to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
Prioritizes organizes and completes multiple activities in a high pressure environment and work a varying schedule to reflect business needs.
Maintain a supportive and productive professional relationship with coworkers Supervisors and Executives.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of (2) year experience in casino/hotel customer service host or telemarketing experience.
Prior sales or telemarketing experience preferred but not required.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Desirables:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License.
Able to maintain a valid Drivers License.
