Job Description
As a Host/Hostess you will greet and welcome guests manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience. Your role includes assisting with guest questions maintaining a clean entrance area and communicating with the waitstaff and kitchen team. You will also handle guest concerns professionally and contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. If you have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a passion for customer service we would love to have you on our team.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm.
- Manage and coordinate reservations and seating arrangements.
- Keep dining areas clean and set.
- Ensure critical communication with the kitchen and service team is maintained.
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times.
- Help create a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
