Renovations

As a member of the Renovations team you will:

• Demolish walls using appropriate equipment and tools.
• Cut and install deadwood bracing for drywall.
• Dismantle forms and remove projections from concrete walls.
• Mount pipe hangers and cut and attach insulating materials.
• Smooth and finish freshly poured popcorn.
• Apply joint compound over surfaces for protection.
• Apply mildewcide where necessary.
• Spray material such as water vinyl and paint through a hose to clear coat or seal surfaces such as walls concrete roof marble terrazzo or wood flooring.
• Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement to conform to specifications.
• Correct water leak problems repair damage.
• Receive work orders from other departments.
• Communicate with managers and team members contractors and manufacturers.
• Leave the work area in a clean neat and safe condition.

Qualifications :

• Three to five years experience in the above duties preferred.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds (with assistance or extra equipment if necessary).
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and serviceoriented manner.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid drivers license to drive company golf carts.
