Responsible for overseeing designated areas including mowing installation and trimming of trees and bushes fertilization pest control and irrigation.
Responsibilities
- Assists with implementing programs provided by the corporate facilities manager related to the maintenance of corporate building grounds OPC building grounds and corporate assets.
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of new landscaping projects throughout assigned areas.
- Ensures all assigned jobs are completed in a timely manner and provides instruction to lawn techs regarding their tasks.
- Interprets policies for lawn techs and enforces safety regulations.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and equipment usage to improve efficiency.
- Analyzes and resolves workrelated problems providing assistance to lawn techs when needed.
- Maintains accurate records of time and production.
- Keeps an uptodate inventory of tools and equipment assigned to the work area.
- Monitors the landscaping vehicle fleet to ensure cleanliness maintenance and service collaborating with the inventory specialist and fleet management to verify licensure and stickers are current.
- Performs lawn tech tasks as needed.
- Complies with all CFI policies and procedures.
- Represents CFI professionally at all times through appearance attire and behavior as outlined in the team members handbook.
- Diligently works to gain the knowledge and experience required to perform the role to its full potential.
- Performs other duties as assigned by corporate facilities leadership.

- Direct coordinate and evaluate team members in assigned areas.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include:
- Training team members.
- Planning assigning and directing work.
- Appraising performance.
- Rewarding and disciplining team members.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to four years of related experience and/or training required.
- Prior landscaping experience is a must.
Certificates licenses registrations
- Possess a valid Florida drivers license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Must must possess a Florida pest control license.
Physical demands
- While performing the duties of this job the team member is regularly required to:
- Stand walk and sit.
- Use hands to finger handle or feel.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Climb or balance.
- Stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
- Talk or hear.
- The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift/move more than 50 pounds with assistance.
Work environment
- While performing job duties the team member is regularly exposed to:
- Wet and/or humid conditions.
