Job Description
To provide the day to day administration support to the Connected SLT
Specific Responsibilities
- Provide diary management to MD of Connected and the SLT
- Provide a comprehensive administration service to all Connected SLT as required.
- To liaise with clients to resolve problems/issues at earliest opportunity.
- General office duties.
- Travel and hotel booking
- Ensure Connected align with the Group processes
- Liaise collaboratively with internal stakeholders and pillars
- Build relationships with office and site based colleagues
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient IT skills particularly Microsoft Office Excel Powerpoint and Outlook and keen to extend knowledge on software packages further.
- Well organised with good time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience in a senior administration role

- This job is a parttime permanent role 10am2pm or 10am3pm is an option to be discussed on interview. Monday to Friday from our Warrington Office
