EXPANDING BUSINESS
- Identify and approach potential sponsors and brand partners to secure new business opportunities.
EXECUTION
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalise sponsorship and brand partnership agreements ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the WRC ERC and RX brands.
BUILDING SUCCESS
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry decision makers and stakeholders.
- Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure the successful execution and activation of the partnerships.
Qualifications :
- University degree or commercial training with relevant professional or educational development
- Min. 5 years sales experience specifically in sponsorship and brand partnerships preferably in the motorsport industry.
- Fluent in English and German additional languages an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Proactive and results driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to create winwin partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Passionate about motorsport and familiar with the WRC ERC and RX brands and values.
