Senior FPA Data Process Governance Expert

PROCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS & IMPROVEMENT

Youll coordinate of an effective and efficient highquality financial planning process for the organisation. Youll also drive planning processrelated improvements and governing technical change. Finally youll design support & codevelop planning process optimisation initiatives.

DATA QUALITY ASSURANCE

Youll provide assurance of financial planning relevant data consistency integrity accuracy completeness & timeliness within Finance Systems. Furthermore you will focus on application & constant improvement of financial planning validations. Finally youll deploy and rollout of new planning developments & enhancements.

CONSULTING TRAINING & SUPPORT

Inhouse consulting & development project contribution concerning financial planning analysis & process optimisation solutions. Youll execute & design of international key user training within the framework of our Finance Academies. Youll take care of business service management for global planning solutions. Finally youll be a global point of contact for the Financial Planning process and support finance planning local key users around the world

Qualifications :

3 years working experience in a FP&A position

Knowledge of business process analysis and proven track record in business process improvement initiatives

Solid controlling/accounting background and a good understanding of processes in Finance are essential.

Experience in working with global planning solutions e.g. SAP BW Integrated Planning Oracle Hyperion Planning etc. is beneficial.

High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.

Ability to understand complex system correlations quickly identify and analyze solution delivery risks & impacts as well as define alternatives & prioritizations.

Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders

Ability to understand complex processes identify risks and find solutions.

Team player selfmotivated goaloriented flexible and able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

Excellent command of English working knowledge of German is a plus but not a requirement.

Additional Information :

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2367 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
