Youll support the markets in identifying and drive trade term optimization implementation aligned with global guidelines. You will work with Sales and Finance function to shape trade terms framework and identify best practices to share globally. In addition you will be supporting a new system tool to capture and analyze our profitability in DP market and derive action plan.
PROMO & PRICING ANALYTICS
Youll dive deep into market dynamics pricing strategies and customer segmentation to uncover untapped revenue opportunities in dedicated markets. Youll support the ongoing promotional review process ensure strong promotional effectiveness analysis and derive recommendation. On top of that youll be responsible for setting up a new process to monitor price increases impact across markets capture best practices and develop pricing learnings.
GLOBAL IMPACT
Youll play a vital role in propelling our organizations international growth influencing strategic decisions and driving revenue optimization across markets. Your expertise will contribute to our success story and shape the future of revenue growth management globally.
Qualifications :
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field. Advanced degrees are welcome
Fluent in English German is a plus
3 years of FMCG/consumer goods experience ideally in Revenue Management Key Account Management Category Management or Insights
Exposure and understanding of commercial topics the Profit & Loss and key drivers of business targets
Proven experience in working with large data sets in a commercial context and converting these into clear and concise insights and recommendations
IT affinity to further drive and develop revenue management tools within Red Bull IT landscape Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Project management affinity with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.471 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
