OCCASION CAMPAIGNS SPECIFIC MARKET RESPONSABILITIES
In this role youll partner with local teams to develop throughtheline occasion campaigns addressing relevant consumption occasions for Red Bull. Youll provide global guidelines and review campaign proposals for strategic input ensuring locally relevant and globally onbrand occasion campaigns. Finally youll be communicating results and concrete actions to all relevant parties including best practice monitoring as well as collaborating with other members of the Occasions team to drive global synergies.
OCCASION CAMPAIGNS GLOBAL CAMPAIGNS
Youll also develop global campaigns managing end to end process from identifying insights to briefing creative evaluation production coordination and building global campaign packages for local amplification. Youll collaborate with Media Communication Sales Legal Operations and other functional teams to ensure crossfunctional alignment for holistic and impactful campaigns. Driving innovation in occasions marketing will remain one of your priorities.
BRAND MANAGEMENT & TRAINING
Youll also provide training on occasion marketing campaigns to brand teams around the world.
BUDGET/BP/AGENCY MANAGEMENT /KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Last but not least youll manage projects within agreed department budget as well as supporting Occasions team through Business Planning process (inc. building presentations and keeping department trackers up to date). Youll collaborate with the global agency for respective global projects and support Occasions team for knowledge management topics to increase synergies and local capabilities.
Qualifications :
13 years of brand management experience with a strong understanding of the entire marketing mix
University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on media or digital marketing
Fluent in English any language is a plus
Proficient understanding of trade marketing
Excellent project management capabilities
Strong ability to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds
An openminded international and entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude
Passion for premium brand management and lifestyle brands
Strong planning project execution and analytical competencies
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.30300 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
