Job Description
As a Lead Data Analyst you will play a critical role in guiding strategic decisionmaking by providing insights from data. Youll oversee a team of Data Analysts Engineers and Scientists and collaborate with crossfunctional teams and deliver actionable recommendations to improve game development player engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop the team fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Data Strategy: Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support game development and business operations.
- Analytics and Reporting: Design and deliver insightful dashboards reports and presentations for various stakeholders ensuring datadriven decision
- Collaboration: Work closely with game development teams marketing and other departments to identify opportunities for leveraging data.
- Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data integrity accuracy and security by defining and enforcing governance standards.
- Innovation: Stay uptodate with the latest analytics technologies and methodologies incorporating them into the teams workflows.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 8 years of experience in data analytics with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL Python R and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the gaming industry or a strong understanding of player analytics and game KPIs is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication problemsolving and project management skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
