Job Description
Facility: Dialyze Direct (Clovernook Health Care Pavilion)
Address: 7025 Clovernook Ave Cincinnati OH 45231
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days 7a 5p (40 hrs Guarantee)
Pay Rate: ############/hr on W2 or ############1/hr
Job Description
Patients experience decreased recovery times and a dramatic improvement to their quality of life.
Our nurses are highly trained and have a specialized skill set in dialysis resulting in exceptional levels of compassionate care.
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
EMR: Crown Web
Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color
No RTO allowed since this is a shorter assignment.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience Required
- Copy of Current Valid Driver License Required
- Geriatric patient experience Required
- NXStage Dialysis Machine experience Required
- CNN or CDN Certification Preferred
- Crown Web EMR experience Preferred
- BSN Preferred
