Job Description
You will participate in the Technical Functions Department supporting the team on the journey toward the electrification automotive products.
You will work in the process development team of machining processes for the industrial production of automotive mechatronic pumps.
You will work on:
- Selecting of machining processes for internal production and release to series production.
- Improving existing machining processes to improve plant KPI.
- leading the innovation change in series and prototype by using CADCAM tools.
You will be engaged also in digital projects to contribute to the development of lean and digital processes in machining area.
You will live an international environment having relationships with different cultures.
Qualifications :
Education: Graduated in Mechanical Industrial Engineering or similar;
Personality: goalorientation team working proactivity problem solving analytical skills flexibility and willingness to take responsibilities;
Technical knowhow: knowledge of machining process (turning milling grinding) CNC simulation & programming robot & CAD/CAM will be consider as plus;
Technical SW knowledge: Microsoft Office package; CAD and 3D modeling; knowledge of CADCAM SW machining CNC Fanuc/Siemens; digital tools like PowerBi & Outsystem will be a plus;
Experience: minimun 3 to 5 years of experience industrial areas dealing with machining processes. Knowledge of project management tools PFMEA and problem solving methods will be consider as a plus;
Interests: Desire to growth within a complex manufacturing organization open to an international environment;
Language skills: Good level of English
