Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Factory Worker. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment to produce high quality products
Monitor production line to ensure products are assembled correctly and within specifications
Perform quality checks to identify any defects or irregularities in the production process
Package finished products according to specific guidelines and standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines
Assist with inventory management, including counting and tracking materials and supplies
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
Assembly Line Operations:

Operate machinery and equipment on the production line to assemble products efficiently and accurately.
Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematics to ensure products are assembled according to specifications.
Inspect raw materials and components to ensure they meet quality standards before use in production.
Product Inspection and Quality Control:

Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
Identify and report defective products or materials to supervisors or quality control teams.
Ensure products are correctly labeled, packed, and stored according to company standards.
Machine Operation and Maintenance:

Operate production machinery, ensuring that it runs smoothly and is maintained regularly.
Troubleshoot basic machinery issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments to maintain production flow.
Follow safety guidelines when operating equipment and machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.

Desired candidate profile

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is preferred.
Experience with operating machinery or equipment used in factory settings is advantageous.
Skills:

Ability to operate machinery and perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Good attention to detail to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and management.
Soft Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
