Job Description
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across Ricebowl social media channels including email social media KOL and content marketing.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media and other platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
- Monitor analyze and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Analyze user behaviors campaign results and social media metrics to optimize and improve marketing efforts.
- Familiar with XiaoHongShu platform user base content trends and marketing opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Possess a degree or a diploma in marketing or communication related courses.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing KOL or doing social media content and campaigns.
- Proficient in conveying information clearly using Mandarin & English both writing & speaking.
- Skilled in developing ideas and solutions on their own.
- Proactive in strategy & execution to move forward.
- Proficiency in data analysis and creative thinking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
