Job Description
This position is for a new IP in addition to Dying Light and the fantasy game.
Your daily tasks:
Design and implementation of gameplay mechanics in Techlands newest games in particular:
- Creating and prototyping new mechanics / systems.
Development of an already existing code base.
Creating systems and tools for other people on the team.
Cooperation with artists and designers.
Code optimization and debugging.
Qualifications :
Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5. Proven experience in developing games. Familiarity with its tools workflows and Blueprints.
Very good knowledge of C.
Very good knowledge of Blueprints.
Experience with optimizing game performance and debugging.
Understanding of vectors matrices and physics simulations.
Experience in developing implementing and maintaining gameplay mechanics/systems.
Familiarity with version control systems.
Experience in multiplayer programming
Proactive individual approach with solutions
Crossplatform experience.
Authentic passion for games as well as knowledge of the latest titles and trends especially in FPP games.
Understanding of rules and problems connected with playability in FPP/TPP games.
Very good organization and time management skills.
Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
Very good command of English.
Nice to have:
Computer science education.
Strong math skills.
