Job Description
Role: Apple Systems Engineer
Work Location: Washington DC 20228
Position Type: Long Term Contract
Education/Certifications:
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or related field.
Certifications:
Must hold an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification. (A Copy of certification is required).
Experience Mandatory:
Shall have at two (2) years of experience administering and maintaining Apple software and software including but not limited to hardware and software associated with Apple servers PCs (Macs) tablets (iPADs) notebooks and laptops.
Job Description/RolesResponsibilities:
Proficiency in managing Apple hardware and software systems.
Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Apple devices and their operating systems.
Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for all Apple devices within the organization.
Ensure optimal performance and security of Apple hardware and software configurations.
