Job Description
- Offering excellent retail customer service experience to our clients
- Implementing store policies and procedures based on company standards
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets
- Building trust relationships with customers and responding to customer complaints
- Replenishing merchandise participating in inventory processes and managing the cash register
- Participating in all related operational procedures in the store
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales. Experience in casual clothing will be considered an asset
- Eloquence politeness and ease of communication
- Team spirit with an emphasis on customer service
- Good knowledge of MS Office. Experience in using ERP system will be considered an asset
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Interest in the fashion industry and passion for sales
