Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Strengthen IKEAs uniqueness through visual merchandising solutions.
- Contribute to department action plans for business growth and profitability.
- Plan and implement relevant affordable and commercial range presentation solutions.
- Minimize disruption and ensure safety on the shop floor.
- Respect routines and responsibilities work with the Com&In team and understand financial impact of actions.
- Ensure high quality simplicity efficiency and cost consciousness in planning and implementing range presentation solutions.
- Contribute to gathering insights about store layout and range presentation translating this knowledge into relevant solutions.
- Stay up to date with knowledgeable about home furnishing retailing and trends in order to generate creative directions that inspire and surprise visitors with a strong visual impression.
Qualifications :
- 2 or 3 years of working experience as Visual Merchandiser in commercial and fastpaced retail industry with a designbased education.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Passionate about home furnishing with able to do planning implementation and improvement of range presentation.
- Computer proficiency i.e. Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) AutoCad.
