Job Description
Reporting directly to the Replenishment and Fulfilment Manager or the Goods Flow Team Manager the Goods Flow Assistant will be responsible for the completion of receiving and replenishment of goods in the most efficient commercial and safest way possible. The goods flow Assistant will contribute to support the highest level of availability (including the accuracy of stock quantities) of products in good condition at the lowest total cost.
- Reporting to the Sales & Supply Support Manager (SSS Manager) you monitor instore Logistics ITsystems in realizing optimal stock control.
- Focusing on order parameters product ordering and availability checks you secure and maintain product availability and work with the commercial team to minimise impact of availability issues on our customers.
- You support the store commercial team to ensure a smooth sellingoff of products and the implementation of sales plans. You are accountable for the maintenance of articles in the system and to provide advice for the Sales team concerning range stock level and optimal use of sales space. You will ensure accurate stock administration (incoming goods follow up and analysis of the inventory and internal transactions).
- An active team player you stay informed about Store and department priorities and review improvement suggestions regularly with your team.

Qualifications :
- Specialised in retail space management you have strong passion in retail Supply Chain and operational excellence in order to contribute to the Retail Logistics business within your area of responsibility.
- You are analytical able to make objective decisions based on monitoring and reviewing of the instore Logistics system and other available information. You have proven ability to work on a tactical and operational level and get things done.
- Strong in interpersonal skills you are able to establish and maintain effective work relationships with crossdepartmental colleagues. MS Office proficiency and communication skills are a must.
- Experience in retail goods flow and supply chain will be highly preferable.
