Job Description
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand equity.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to shape branding initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital and traditional media.
- Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and digital marketing to align branding strategies.
- Collaborate with external agencies for creative execution and media planning.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve highimpact outcomes.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for brand positioning.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI to refine strategies.
- Brand Identity and Communication
- Oversee the development of brand assets including logos messaging and content.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints.
- Budget Management
- Manage brand budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Present branding strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Build relationships with key influencers and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: At least 57 years in brand management or marketing roles preferably in a highpaced or competitive environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite CRM software and marketing analytics platforms.
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership project management and analytical skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
