Job Description

HRIS Management:

  • Oversee the implementation maintenance and optimization of HRIS systems with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Create HRIS roadmap with input from HR stakeholders and collaborate with IT and internal HRIS team to ensure resources are in place to complete priorities.
  • Ensure that processes are in place to ensure data integrity security and accuracy within HRIS.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and system upgrades to enhance functionality.

HR Operations:

  • Ensure that HR operational strategies and processes are optimized to be consistent across the globe while ensuring compliance with company policies and local legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with payroll and other internal HR teams (HR BP L&D Talent Administration Benefits and compensation) to ensure consistency and alignment with global HR strategies.
  • Manage compliance reporting for government related items such affirmative action EEO Vets reporting
  • Manage audit compliance for financial audits customer audits and technology audits.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Lead team to generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decisionmaking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Lead HR projects including system implementations and process improvements.
  • Develop project plans timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor HRIS and operations team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance team environment that is accountable for defined goals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS management and HR operations with 4 specific experience in all of Workday HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. Workday Recruiting systems).
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
