Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Architect to join our team in Guadalajara.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fullstack development system design and architecture with proven expertise in delivering highperforming solutions that align to complex business flows. This role requires leadership technical vision and the ability to drive teams towards successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect design and implement scalable and secure systems to meet client requirements.
Provide fullstack development expertise with a strong focus on backend technologies using Python and databases like MariaDB.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define architectural solutions that support product and business objectives.
Lead technical decisionmaking providing mentorship and guidance to the development team.
Optimize existing systems and solutions to ensure performance reliability and maintainability.
Communicate technical strategies and concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Required:
Expertise in Python development and relational databases.
Proven experience in system architecture and fullstack development at an architect level.
Strong understanding of distributed systems scalability and performance optimization.
Demonstrated leadership experience in driving technical projects and mentoring teams.
Advanced problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Additional Information :
Location: Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico (working from home office wont be mandatory all the time rather it will required from time to time).
