We are looking for candidates based in Delhi .
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Psychologist to conduct Brainwonders Counselling centers in schools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for education and experience working with school administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with school principals decisionmakers and educators.
Conduct presentations and workshops to showcase the benefits of Brainwonders Counselling services.
Address queries and concerns highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students academic and personal growth
Identify potential partner schools and develop strategic partnerships
Collaborate with school staff to integrate Brainwonders services into their curriculum and programs
Provide training and support for school staff on Brainwonders services implementation
Conducting counseling sessions of the clients utilizing the diverse assignments and services offered by Brainwonders.
Monitor progress collect feedback and optimize the outreach strategy
Requirements:
Masters/Ph.D. in Psychology or related field
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience working in education or a related field
Strong understanding of Brainwonders services and implementation
Ability to travel to schools and conduct meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing or business development
Familiarity with the education industry and school administrative structures
Proven track record of successful partnerships or sales
