We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovativeTechnical Consultantto work on ourCustomer Experience Business Unit,designing and deploying business applications mainly Zoho solutions.
Technical Consultant (Zoho) is responsible for acting as consultant for all Zoho Solutions. (Zoho CRM, Zoho Finance, Zoho People and Zoho One. Also responsible for All Zoho related presales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Should act as presales consultant for all customer experience portfolio specifically Zoho Solutions: (Zoho CRM, Zoho Finance, Zoho People and Zoho One).
- Direct or through a team; prepare the technical responses to RFPs and other documents as required.
- Gather business requirements by analyzing customer’s business processes that are related to sales, marketing, finance, HR and customer service.
- Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment specifically for Zoho solutions.
- Complete the configuration for user stories within Zoho using native features and/or customization.
- Integrate with other solutions using product’s API or ready-made integration tools to meet customer’s requirements.
- Design and develop custom solutions on Zoho platform to meet different business requirements based on market needs.
- Focus on quality and test all changes in a sandbox prior to deployment to production.
- Provide administrative services for setting up users, features, etc.
- Provide the required support/troubleshooting to end user and escalate application’s errors to vendor development team.
- Deliver directly and indirectly product and service training and workshops to increase sales, marketing and service delivery awareness and understanding for the assigned portfolio. This may include onboarding for new team members that will engage at any of the mentioned functions.
- Content Creation: Help define new technical and market content such as white papers, technical concept notes, product plans, competitive battle cards, product videos, blog posts, market analyses and any other material that enable/support our customers and other teams in Marketing, Sales and Services departments.
